a. Freelancer Services: Sellers on Church1099 offer various services to churches. Buyers can browse, purchase, and hire freelancers for their specific needs.

b. Payment Processing: Church1099 may facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. Users agree to comply with our payment processing terms.

Content and Conduct

a. User Content: Users are solely responsible for the content they post on Church1099. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

b. Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct on Church1099. This includes but is not limited to fraud, harassment, and violation of intellectual property rights.

Fees and Payments

Termination

a. Termination by Users: Users can terminate their account at any time. Any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled before termination.

b. Termination by Church1099: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violations of these terms.
